Stikfit Privacy Policy
Effective 21 July 2026
Stikfit is a bodyweight workout app. This policy explains what data the app handles and what happens to it.
Using Stikfit without an account
Without an account, Stikfit stores everything — your saved workouts and settings — locally on your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
If you create an account
When you sign up (email/password or Google), we collect and store:
- Email address — to identify your account. Never shown to other users.
- Display name — shown only on workouts you choose to share.
- Your saved workouts — workout names, exercise lists, durations and timestamps, synced so you can access them across devices. This is treated as health & fitness data.
This data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, and is only accessible to your account (and, for shared workouts, to people you give the share link to).
Smart workout generation
If you use the smart generator and type a request (e.g. "20 minutes, no jumping"), that text is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to build your workout. Don't include anything in a prompt you wouldn't want processed — though note prompts are used only to generate the workout and are not used to train AI models.
Sharing
Sharing a workout creates a public read-only link containing the workout and your display name — never your email. You can revoke a share at any time, which disables the link.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no ad tracking, no analytics SDKs.
- No selling or renting of your data, ever.
- No location, contacts, camera, or biometric data collected.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from the Account screen in the app, which permanently removes your profile, workouts, shares and copies. You can also email us to request deletion.
Your rights
If you're in the UK/EU, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data. Contact us and we'll sort it.
